1-Ethynyl-cyclohexane is an organic intermediate, and there are reports in the literature that it can be used to prepare (E)-2,2-difluoro-1-phenyl-4-cyclohexenyl-3-ene-4 -Iodo-1-one and 4-phenoxyquinolino N-sulfonymidine compounds.
1-Ethynyl-cyclohexane can be used to prepare 4-phenoxyquinolino N-sulfonymidine compounds with the following structure. Such compounds can serve as tyrosine kinase inhibitors, especially c-Met inhibitors. c-Met is highly expressed in most solid tumors and some sarcomas and is closely related to poor prognosis, such as lung cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, and glioma. Furthermore, patients with high expression levels of HGF/c-Met are more resistant to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In addition to abnormal expression of HGF/c-Met, c-Met can also be activated through gene mutations and gene amplification in cancer patients.
